5.0 out of 5 stars Great car for the price My new car showed up on time, was very excited this is my first drift car. I’ve made about 20 runs with the car between drifting it a putting rubber tires on as well. It’s a blast. Only complaint I have is with the street tires on the car doesn’t want to stay in a straight line. I’m running a 3s lipo and it gives the car a lot of torque so maybe body flex maybe steering servo. Will figure it out. Car is fun with drift tires on, can run it all day. Would definitely recommend to someone wants to get a drift car that’s a good street car as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Crowd favorite. Way too much fun. I purchased from the Redcat Racing website, but this thing is super fun. I have a lot of RC cars but this one is the one everyone loves to just stop and watch. Metal upgrades and parts are available. Already ordered a bunch to help beef everything up.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good value Loved the ship time, got to me way before Amazon predicted. Pretty much ready to go out of the box, just had to add batteries to the remote and charge the battery it came with. Right out of the box it handled amazing. I recommend a couple different sets of tires so you can drive on different surfaces, but the tires it came with work pretty well. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one or recommend this car, especially since it’s a good value for the price it is. I would recommend buying a tool for the wheel bolts when you order this car though, as it doesn’t come with it.

Conclusion

Owning a drift car is much different from a 4×4 Rock crawler or a short course truck. With the drift car it is designed to do just that, drift. It is meant to be driven on flat surfaces at max speed so you can watch it drifts around corners, and through any specialty course you design. Learning the skills required to keep your drift car from hitting cones, sliding out of a curve or off the track completely will take some practice. Once you get it down you will become an expert and will be re4ady for any competition. Designing your own track can be fun as well. The only limit is your own imagination.
